In Chapter 4, we started to explore how Linux distributions are installed and how to upgrade them. This chapter is the next logical step where we start to learn how to use and customize our Linux distributions. We will first look at how a Linux system can be accessed and run through some exercises to get fully up to speed on how to log in to a Linux system.
