Grief creates change. It may be difficult, if not impossible, for us when we’re in the throes of intense grief, especially that of bereavement, to believe that someday we will recover. In the process, we may become stronger, more empathetic, and more grateful. We will find a place of balance and a way to redefine ourselves and learn to live with our new circumstances.
