8 WHERE SHOULD A CLOUD PLATFORM RESIDE?

It is not a simple matter of deciding that a new cloud platform should be placed here. The first decision has to be whether the cloud platform is going to be private, public, mixed or hybrid. The second decision then has to be what form the cloud will take and where all the responsibilities of ownership, management and so on should be.
