HOW TO SET UP A STRUCTURE FOR I&D
Now the baseline has been identified, you can create a structure to ensure you have the right approach, with resource and a direction in place. In this chapter we will discuss how to do this. Setting up an I&D structure will include different elements that need to be considered to enable it to have a strong position within the organisation.

An organisation is likely to create a ‘Head of I&D’, to lead the topic.
