What started out as a specialist lighting device for medical, dentistry, and scientific use has taken the world of creative photography by storm. The ringflash is a flash device where the flashtube itself goes around the outside of the lens. This provides virtually shadowless lighting.

Ringflash quickly became the darling of the fashion photography world, as its shadowless light output meant it was fantastic at filling in and therefore masking any imperfections on a model’s face.
