Why do we fail at solving problems? Why do we fail at implementing a strategy or project? Why do we have trouble understanding what we need to invest in equipment, project, or simply human capital? Many times, in our past, we thought we were solving a problem and all we did is attack the symptoms, allowing the issue to return again and again.

Just a fun fact, the term “A3” is actually just the size of the paper that people used years ago to tell their story. A3 is equal to an 11” × 17” tabloid size piece of paper.
