WE OFTEN TALK about the power of networks, the strength of the tribe, and the impact of community in the entrepreneurial journey. Indeed, these facets of support are crucial for anyone navigating the complex waters of business, particularly for women entrepreneurs who are carving their own paths. But the concept of support goes beyond professional circles; it permeates every aspect of our lives. It's seen in our relationships, our families, and even in our interactions with ourselves. This support is a dual pathway—we receive it, but we also give it.

In this chapter, I want to dive into the fundamental role of support in women's entrepreneurial journeys and, more broadly, in their lives. I will share some of my own experiences and insights, as well as those of remarkable women I've had the privilege of connecting with. The stories and strategies outlined here aim to highlight the transformative power of support, and to encourage us all to foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and mutual aid.
