Kwame Adom is an Associate Professor of Business at Burman University in Canada. His research draws experience from Africa in general and Ghana in particular, to inform theoretical and practical developments in entrepreneurship. His recent publications are on the role of culture and gender stereotypes in women entrepreneurship, indigenous knowledge for sustainability and informalisation of enterprises.
