I have now put forward that the most obvious and predominant fear of digital transformation revolves around losing one’s job. But there will also be a larger set of employees, much larger even than the gig-economy-minded lone wolves and freelancers, who will continue to choose the perceived security of their current jobs, but will fear what they are losing by doing so.
