Dear reader: It was suggested to me that I should exclude this self-assessment, which covers some of the key points of each chapter all in one place. The risk was that you would pick up the book, find this at the back, and not bother to read the preceding chapters. I know. I also do this quite often while meandering through airport bookstores! But there are some great stories and anecdotes you will miss that may inspire you to action, so if you are one of those who are tempted to skip the main narrative, I do encourage you to stop and give the full book a read.
