In order to help leaders, managers, and employees at all levels make the best use of global diversity, it is often useful to structure education, training, discussion, and planning sessions.
Following are a few sample agendas for sessions to suit various groups and purposes. These provide examples of how to sequence tools and activities to create training and developmental experiences and strategy discussions that increase competence in managing global diversity.
