This edition of the Global HRM Casebook, like the two earlier editions of the Casebook, was initiated by and accomplished through a novel collaboration among members of the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management: the HR Division Ambassadors Program. The Ambassadors Program was established in 2008, with the aim of achieving three main goals. First, to involve the worldwide membership of the HR Division through contributions by representative scholars (the Ambassadors) from each country in which the Division has members.
