Acceptance: Acceptance is an agreement to accept another party’s offer. Acceptance constitutes a main element of a contract.

Actions or Causes of Action: An “action” refers to bringing a lawsuit to court. A “cause of action” relates to the state of facts entitling a party to bring an action against defendant (seller).

Acts or Omissions: Signifies that indemnitor is negligent by failing to act as well as by action.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): A decision-making process used to settle conflicts outside the traditional administrative, judicial, or legislative decision-making process.
