I think the most fun part of my job is getting out and talking to associates. We have a number of forums. It's a great high for me because I can come in and talk to 100 or 200 associates at once and share my views, but more importantly, they can share their perspective. It's music to my ears, how excited they are to be working on their projects and watching the culture in action. It's very motivating because [culture is] not just a theory; you see it in practice.
