Chapter 4. FAIRNESS

"Everyone plays by the same rules."

People who succeed here don't expect everybody to be the same. We have such a diversity of people in this company, from different countries, different backgrounds, and different sexual orientations. People don't push themselves to fit into a particular image. If you're going to be successful here, you're going to have to deal with all those different kinds of people without freaking out. The people who can do that, and most of the people in this company can, thrive because they can build the business relationships with people who are wildly different. They not only build business relationships with them, but also enjoy interacting with people who are wildly different from each other.
