The practice of AI occurs in four main stages that are dynamic, interrelated, and iterative. The discovery stage is about reflecting and celebrating strengths and successes to help organizations and individuals truly appreciate what gives life to them. The dream stage is about articulating potential, and uses an appreciative process to create a dream or a future picture.
