Generating Advocacy on the Ground
Many organizations struggle to establish an effective performance management process, but I beam with pride when I think back to how we revamped and revitalized the process at one global company I worked with. I served as change management leader for the project, and after a year of pretty intense work, I was pleased to see managers and employees holding productive discussions that focused on setting goals, building accountability, and developing new skills.
