Dealing With Thorny Issues
Something was different in Gary’s cubicle. As I entered to talk about the change project we’d been working on for the past few months, I noticed he had tacked up a poster for the classic movie Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Gary and I started to chat about how drained we both were feeling. We had been traveling back and forth each week from New York to Indianapolis to work on our project, and things weren’t going well.
