Nancy and Vic met in the same big conference room the next day. Nancy had reserved it again and they sat at the same end of the long table. Vic thought it was odd for the two of them to be in such a large room, but Nancy wanted room on the long table to spread out the cards so that she and Vic could refer to specific regulations.
