SCHEDULE (A.)—See § 7.
List of Purposes for which Provision is required to be made by the Deed of Settlement of a Company before such Company can obtain a Certificate of complete Registration.
I. — For the holding of Meetings, and the Proceedings thereat; viz.
- For holding ordinary General Meetings of the Company once at the least in every Year, at some appointed Place and Time.
- For holding extraordinary Meetings, either upon the convening of the Directors of the Company, or upon the Requisition of not less than Five Shareholders.
- For the Adjournment of Meetings.
- For the Advertisement and Notification of Meetings, and the Business to be transacted thereat.
