One of the best arguments I have heard recently was in a Ted.com speech called “How Great Leaders Inspire Action” by Simon Sinek. Sinek is an author best known for popularizing a concept he calls “the Golden Circle.” He joined the RAND Corporation in 2010 as an adjunct staff member, where he advises on matters of military innovation and planning.
