Human Capital and the Differentiation of Talent

In this chapter we seek to describe the importance of human capital and how it serves as the basis for human equity. We will show that the differentiation of talent allows for the practice of human equity by optimizing on all available human capital. Just as there is a relationship between capital and equity in the financial world, there is a similar relationship between human capital and human equity in the world of human resources.
