Coaching in Transformational Change


In the previous chapter, we discussed the use of mentoring in managing change to ensure the swift integration of staff after the merger and to enhance the employability of under-represented groups. All forms of mentoring discussed in the previous chapter are used in a positive context to develop the mentees.
