Using Coaching to Embed Training

Introduction

Majority of the mergers, acquisitions, and transformational change studies focus on for-profit organizations. The challenges faced by the organizations operating in the third sector deserve attention too. This chapter concentrates on the transformational change programs in the UK housing sector. Coaching and mentoring can be used to embed training. Coaches and mentors were hired to help implement transformational change in some housing associations in the UK.
