The book is about a realization that I have come to and that is technology and the virtual work environment might have a large impact on human behavior. This behavior is impacted by the use of technology that was designed to allow people to have greater freedoms in their work and life. Yet I am concerned that the use of technology might produce unrealized negative effect on the virtual worker.
