THE EPIDEMIC

Recruit Holdings, owner of Indeed and Glassdoor, has $23 billion of revenue across businesses in HR, education, and marketing. Yet even at this scale, the company is able to identify imaginative ideas from its employees and spread those ideas to inspire collective exploration by new teams, resulting in profitable new businesses.
