OVERVIEW
Given the degree to which electronics have saturated our products and our lives, designers must be equipped to understand the basic principles of electricity and their applications. This chapter will not provide the necessary knowledge to create complex electrical circuits but will provide enough information so that designers can make intelligent decisions about design approaches involving electricity and electrical devices.
