In the previous chapters we utilized the principles of Lean to create a visual
process of creating innovation for customers. This focused on activities that
maximized value and minimized waste for customers and companies. We
created a process and included the steps so that any company can transform
its current strategy to an optimum strategy. In that process, we generated a
series of ideas and filtered them to define a theme. Finally, after final rank-
ing and filtering, we displayed a new and unique strategy on a future state
