After setting aside all their work with questions to be revisited later, Kate wrote the question, “How might we build alliances in the marketplace?” on the top of a fresh sheet of flip chart paper stuck to the wall. She then asked Juan to put the completed mind map from his office up on the opposite wall. “So if we need to look at the data again, we have it. Especially important, let's keep in mind data related to products and competitors. Now before we begin, is everyone clear about the question?
