Techniques of Grants Management

As we have seen, grants management offers any number of opportunities to do a truly lousy job. Doing a superb job poses a tougher challenge, but there are techniques you can use in which to manage all the “kids”: the good, the bad, and even the average. Perhaps the most important techniques are those with which the grant is launched: the notification of the grantee and the postaward conference call.
