FORM 4-1 Royalty-Free Trademark License Agreement
Introductory Note
This is a form of trademark license agreement for a particular setting: The Licensor has (in a prior agreement) licensed component software to Licensee. That component software is now in the Licensee’s software product. The Licensor wants to permit the Licensee to use the Licensor’s branding royalty-free in connection with the promotion and marketing of the resulting Licensee product. This form can be adapted to any situation in which a supplier wants to permit another to use its branding in a specified fashion without charge.
