FORM 15-1 OEM Software Agreement

Introductory Note

This is a form of OEM agreement. This form is designed for the Vendor’s software that is licensed for use and distribution solely as an embedded component of the Licensee’s Software product offering. The combination of the Vendor Software and the Licensee Software is called an “Integrated Product” in this form.

As noted in Chapter 15, the term “OEM” usually refers to a supplier of product to be sold under the licensee’s brand, but the usage of the term in the trade is not consistent.
