FORM 15-2 Software Bundling and Distribution Agreement
Introductory Note
This is a form designed for distribution of a stand-alone software product (referred to as “Bundled Product”) with the limitation that the Distributor can sublicense it only bundled together with its own product, that is, as a “Software Package.” These agreements are typically quite explicit as to which of the Distributor’s products can be included in the Software Package with the Bundled Product.
This form is designed for use with business products but could be adapted to consumer products.
