FORM 16-2 Clickwrap EULA—Commercial Product
Introductory Note
This is a form of “clickwrap” agreement that can be used for a commercial software product.
The form presents text for licensing of software in binary form for installation and use by the customer. We have also included some alternative grant language that can be used to grant the customer a development license and/or a run-time distribution license.
This form is provided for installation on either one or a specified number of work stations. It could be edited to provide for installation on one or a specified number of server computers.
