the language of fashion design
This pair uses two geo-prints
developed by the designer,
who highly develops her
textiles each season. One has
softer tones in a larger-scale
motif, the other features
a wider range of tones and
values, including black. The
print is intentionally cut,
pleated, joined, and manipu-
lated to play with rhythm and
visual effects. Part plan, part
improvisation.
