I had a good 15 years of working 70+ hour work weeks, and often covering 24/7 emergency calls. I felt that if I pushed to expand any further, I would lose any personal life altogether. I had built the business while working through the loss of my grandmother, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and then my parents.
