Tania Luna is the cofounder of LifeLabs Learning. She is a psychology researcher, leadership trainer, and co-author of the book Surprise: Embrace the Unpredictable & Engineer the Unexpected. Her work has been featured in dozens of media outlets, including Psychology Today, Harvard Business Review, TIME, NPR, TED, and The Wall Street Journal. She is also the co-host of the podcast Talk Psych to Me with her husband, Brian. Tania works, plays, writes, and lives in New York, with her “pack”: including her husband, dogs, cat, and pigs.
LeeAnn Renninger, PhD is the cofounder of LifeLabs Learning. She has a doctorate in cognitive psychology, with a specialization in idea transfer and rapid skill acquisition. She launched the content creation and innovation team at LifeLabs Learning, developing the world's best workshops and learning experiences. She is also a researcher, TED speaker, ultra-marathoner, Columbia Business School lecturer, and co-author of the book Surprise: Embrace the Unpredictable & Engineer the Unexpected.
