Connecting with any audience
As business presenters we need to get on the same wavelength as our participants. Connection is the naturally occurring dance that happens when people meet. Sometimes it happens spontaneously. However, there are specific skills and behaviours you can learn that enhance connection and increase your effectiveness as a communicator and influencer.
