Leader Task Board
Leader task board is one of the leader standard works that reviews the statistics sheet, gives assignments, and monitors the process. It can only be conducted effectively if there are task boards. Task boards are very helpful to visualize the work so that it can be comprehensively reviewed. Without a clear picture, it is difficult to improve the ongoing process, and when improvement is needed, it will only be conducted locally due to limited description (Hajratwala, 2012). Aasland and Blankenburg (Aasland & Blankenburg, 2012b) refer to the task board as an information radiator, emphasizing the significance of information produced by the task board.
