Most companies today have heard about Lean. Many have tried it in some form or other. Unfortunately, although the concepts are very simple, implementing Lean is not, and as a result few companies have benefited. Most that have put forth a serious effort have failed and gone back to their traditional batch ways. This does not have to be the case.
