Technology to support lesson learning
So far in this book we have been looking at the processes associated with learning lessons, with updating corporate process documentation, and with applying those updated processes into future action. We have also talked about some of the accountabilities involved, especially those involved with the process ownership. Technology has a role to play in the lesson learning cycle as well, and the learning loop shown in Figure 10.1 shows three areas where technology has a crucial role to play:
