For Everyone

Core Lessons

  • Culture is a reflection of leadership.
  • A team must be united by one vision.
  • Everyone has different experiences in life, but as humans we can all empathize with each other.

Chapter Summary

Although Coach Smitty has not experienced racism directed at him, he can still empathize with his friend, who has experienced racism firsthand.
