Sexual harassment is a serious charge to make against someone. In this country we are all innocent until proven guilty, but this is sometimes not the case when one is charged with sexual harassment. There seems to be a pattern of rushing to judgment. Be careful! Take your time to examine all of the issues and let the facts take you to a calculated, well-thought-out decision. Before drawing any conclusion, always use (as I have done so far in this book) the word alleged. It is important that you not damage the reputation of the alleged harasser.
