GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Here is an exercise I call “Getting to Know You.” It is a good icebreaker at the very beginning of a seminar on harassment prevention. It forces attendees to mix and get to know something about one another. It also points out cultural differences essential in this class and to our understanding of our own biases.
