I introduced this concept at the beginning of the book. Its purpose is to celebrate those value-added differences we all bring into the workplace and to clarify the company's expectations. Here are suggestions as to how to use them:

1.   Appreciate and celebrate workforce diversity.

2.   Advance the understanding of different cultures and ideologies.

You can do this by:
