My intention with this book is twofold:
(1) To take a close look at what harassment is and (just as important) to examine what it is not.
(2) To equip leaders and employees with a methodology to stop harassment before it starts.
This material will also help you establish the following:
• The development of a culture sensitive to the needs of the individual.
• A climate of understanding about diversity in the workplace.
• A methodology for investigating alleged claims of harassment and how to deal with the information.
• Policies to inform and educate.
