The Manager Communications Survey

No employee relations review is complete without evaluating the performance of the manager from the perspective of the employee. This can be intimidating. It requires trust and an ability to understand that feedback is not meant to be personal, but is instead another avenue for growth. A process known as 180-degree feedback can be very useful. If handled properly it will open channels of communication; build, establish, and maintain relationships of mutual trust; lead to team building; and break down barriers.
