Molly, the Vice President of HR, was handed a daunting assignment— to take a long, hard look at the company’s problems with employee turnover. Her CEO wanted a full report, with recommendations, in 60 days. Three weeks had already gone by, and Molly was clearly avoiding the project. She was overwhelmed and had no idea where to begin.
