Modeling Enthusiasm

A lack of enthusiasm in the world today makes meeting someone who is enthusiastic a pleasant surprise. As managers, we must role model the enthusiasm that we want our team to project. American clergyman and writer Norman Vincent Peale once said, “Your enthusiasm will be infectiously stimulating and attractive to others. They will love you for it. They will go with you and for you.”

Managers set the tone at all times in the organization.
