Process management is the anchor for impact. When you think of process, what words come to your mind? Path? Flow? Value chain? The nature of any work we do involves some form of process: “Why is this done in this way?” and “How can I make this even better?” Typically, when we look at process we look for cues such as ease of implementation, proof of time-efficiency, and indication of results.
